series that I came across several months ago and was been
milking it everyday. This one that I like is a 21 day meditation
series and I listen to over and over every morning for about
30 minutes.

I have attempted meditation before and the feeling was good.
However, I did not understand all the awesome benefits
of meditation. Also when I did meditate it was at night. Now
I do mediation in the morning and it has such a impact on
the rest of my day.

There is a lot of things that I used to do and like that

Just the other day, I had the desire to clean up the house
and get rid of everything that I am not using. Boy, that was
a lot of things but it felt freeing. I better decision. I desire
only things and people that support my new self. I feel more
emotionally stable, fear and anxiety has been replaced with
a spirit of calm and confidence that everything is OK despite
what it looks like on the outside.

If you are going to meditate for the first time, set aside
15-30 minutes early in the morning as soon as you open
your eyes while still in bed is the perfect place to start.
If you have never meditate before, it might take you a while
to quite the mind for most of the time. But as time goes by
you can learn to reduce the noise or chatting in your mind.
